Prior Experience: I have a broad background in healthcare administration, specializing in organization and supporting multidisciplinary teams.

Favorite part of working with a residency program: I am excited to support residents during this pivotal stage of their career while also contributing to a program that combines education and healthcare.

Fun fact: I raise Silkie chickens as pets.

Renee Narus

Program Coordinator II

Hometown: Milwaukee, WI

Education: Associates Degree, General Studies, Cardinal Stritch University.

Prior Experience: Education Program Coordinator II at All Saints Family Medicine Resident Program; Administrative Assistant in Pathology and Emergency Medicine.

Favorite part of working with a residency program: Getting to know the residents and watching them grow into excellent doctors

Fun Fact: I have 2 dogs, a yellow Lab named Bailey and Maltese mix named Ziva. I love to travel!

Jessica Gering, RN

RN Clinical Operations Manager

Hometown: Kingsford, Michigan

Education: ADN

Prior Experience: 17 years of Nursing experience involving Intra Operative Surgical Nursing – Neurology and Heart & Vascular, Breast Health and Surgery, Surgical Oncology Nursing, Dermatology, Rehabilitation Nursing, and Primary Care.

Favorite part of working with a residency program:Multifaceted clinic which offers so many different and unique experiences. The residents are easy to work with and kind, which makes it rewarding as we take care of patients.

Fun Fact: I own a Bagel and Sandwich Shop in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Nicole Stapleton

Director of Operations

Hometown: Norway, MI in the Upper Pennisula

Education: MSN in Leadership with an emphasis in HealthCare Administration.

Prior Experience: Nursing for 29 years – first part of my career was in Women’s Health and Labor and Delivery. The last 15 years have been in leadership.

Fun Fact: Love glamping and traveling.
